Custom Bulkheads
Factory bulkheads are injection cast into the chassis as one solid piece. We've redesigned them as individual, replaceable components for true modularity. Each bulkhead is made from PET-GF—a reinforced plastic composite with 15% glass fiber by weight, or PETG-CF with 15% carbon fiber reinforcement.
This material was chosen for its exceptional heat and chemical resistance, standing up to grease, oils, and demanding conditions. The glass fiber reinforcement delivers rigidity and durability without added weight. The real advantage: if you damage a single mounting hole, you only replace that one bulkhead, not the entire chassis. Factory designs force you to replace everything. Ours let you repair just what needs fixing.

Stone/Rock/Mud Guard
The guard is 3D printed from flexible TPU for superior impact resistance and simple replacement. Its open-back design lets dirt and grass escape freely, preventing the buildup that occurs with traditional enclosed chassis designs. More color choices available at www.mjm3dsolutions.com
