Carbon chassis structure
Flat carbon plate geometry keeps the main structure rigid while leaving room for clean hardware access and serviceable component placement.
New chassis kit design
A technical carbon-forward chassis platform built around rigid plate geometry, cleaner packaging, adjustable motor placement, larger bearing support, and a more serviceable build path for Mini Kraton applications.
CAD development
The Carbon layout is shown as a complete system, not just a flat plate. Bulkheads, top support, center section, motor mount, battery placement, and service access are treated together so the build stays organized and repeatable.

Technical reference
The technical sheet shows the chassis architecture from multiple angles, including side profile, plan view, wheel-end views, and assembled reference angles for build planning.

Design details
Flat carbon plate geometry keeps the main structure rigid while leaving room for clean hardware access and serviceable component placement.
The motor mount supports both 1 in. / 25.4 mm and 16 mm mounting patterns with left-to-right adjustment for drivetrain setup.
The updated bearing path allows the small factory bearing to be swapped for a larger 699ZZ bearing for stronger center support.
Guides, CAD references, project updates, and builder notes are kept together so the chassis can be assembled with fewer unknowns.
