This is the prototype model for the next version of the Mini Kraton Chassis Upgrade Kit. Prices shown are pre-order prices only and may increase once pre-orders close and the kit is released for general sale.
Just like the first version, this is still a prototype. A few things changed between the original design and the final release last time, and the same could happen with this version. The overall design is close, but small details may change before the final kit ships.
There are three versions available: the Upgrade Kit, the Builder's Kit, and the Standard Kit. Please make sure you choose the version that matches what you need.

Accessories like the full-size servo mount and shock towers are not included. They will be sold separately while supplies last.

Caution: This is not the same type of pre-order as the current version of the kit. The current pre-ordered kits are already built and are in the mail to Texas for order fulfillment.
This new version is an initial investment pre-order, basically crowdfunding, to raise the funds needed to have all of the parts made. This is the same approach I used a few months ago when the first kit came out.
Rough timeline: about one month for production, one month for shipping, and one month for building and prep.
That timeline is not guaranteed. It could shift earlier or later depending on order volume, production timing, shipping, and logistics.
Refunds: Refunds for project failure will be given. Refunds for "changed my mind," "this is taking too long," or similar reasons will not be refunded.

Choose the full kit, Builder's Kit, or upgrade setup and keep the chassis, bulkheads, motor layout, and brace system working together from the first teardown.
Replace what wears
The modular layout is built around serviceable parts, so a damaged mount or printed component does not have to become a full chassis replacement.
Pick the kit level
Start with the complete kit, choose the Builder's Kit if you print parts, or use the upgrade kit to move an existing V1 setup into the carbon chassis build.
